We were lucky enough to acquire 160 Dalston Lane — saving it from developers who had plans to turn it into yet another block of luxury flats. These studios were once a haven for creatives. We're bringing them back to life and opening our doors to the next generation of talent.

Our multi-use venue is built to host everything - live performances, DJ sets, art exhibitions, workshops, screenings, panels, photoshoots, and music videos. A versatile, modular platform that adapts to whatever the work demands.

STANDALONE connects directly to the wider 160DL studio complex, making it a genuinely cross-disciplinary space. The gallery, live room, and recording studio can operate independently or open into each other -so a recording session can become a listening event, an exhibition can spill into a performance.
